Ty Allan Klotz, 57, passed away Wednesday September 25, 2019 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale surrounded by his loving family.
Ty was born October 26, 1961, Oelwein, Iowa the son of Lloyd and Nadine (Taylor) Klotz.
He is survived by his mother Nadine, sister Shera, brother Christopher and wife Sylvia Klotz, nephew Michael Klotz; his children Jordan, Jenee and Hunter.
Ty leaves behind his loving partner Robin and her children; Aaron, Hannah, Ryan & Katie to celebrate his memory and cherish the time they had together.
He is preceded in death by his father Lloyd Klotz.
The family wishes to thank his care team at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale for their expert and compassionate support in his final days.

Ty died as he lived; on his own terms. At his request no services are planned.
