In Loving Memory of Bradley J. Harker of Dongola, Illinois.
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Bradley J. Harker, who left this world too soon on March 17, 2025. Born in Murphysboro, Illinois, he was the cherished son of the late Harold and Lois (Lemmon) Harker.
Brad was a hardworking and dedicated man, proudly owning and operating Brad’s Seamless Gutter for over 23 years. Through his craftsmanship and commitment to his customers, he built not only a successful business but also lasting relationships with those he served. His work ethic was unmatched, and his kind, easygoing nature made him a joy to work with and know.
Beyond his career, Brad found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. He had a deep love for fishing, often finding peace on the water, casting a line, and enjoying the beauty of nature. But perhaps his greatest joy was spending time with his beloved dog, Elise, who was his faithful companion through life’s ups and downs.
Brad’s love and devotion extended to his family, whom he adored. He is survived by his daughter, Brittney Hilt of Anna, IL; sisters, Pamela O’Hagan and Bonnie Harker of Carbondale; his grandchildren, Kendall and Bentley Carter; nephew, Zachary O’Hagan of McFarland, WI; and nieces, McKenna and Peytyn Hickey of Carbondale. Along with Elise, his beloved dog, dear friend Brandi Yates. Brad leaves behind many good family and friends who will forever cherish his kindness, humor, and unwavering loyalty.
He is now reunited with his loving parents, Harold and Lois Harker, in eternal peace. Though we mourn his passing, we find comfort in knowing his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A graveside service to honor Brad’s life will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Oakland Cemetery in Carbondale, Illinois, with David Weaver officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to an animal shelter of your choice, a tribute to Brad’s deep love for animals.
Walker Funeral Home of Carbondale has been entrusted with arrangements.
Brad will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May his soul rest in peace, and may his memory bring comfort and strength to those who loved him.

September 21, 2025 at 6:23 amYou really make it seem so easy with your presentation however I find this matter to be actually something which I believe I would by no means understand. It seems too complex and extremely huge for me. I’m looking forward for your next submit, I will try to get the hold of it!
